 Allternative Gym is home to a unique style of fitness training that combines exercise therapy and massage using state-of-the-art equipment-all in a friendly, accessible environment designed to help our members reach their full physical potential.

Utilizing our universal exercise unit "The Cage" which features bungee cords attached to the sides and then fixed to the waist. By providing support and balance to the user, it allows them "you" to practice exercises that would otherwise be difficult or impossible.
