Using oxygen under presure increases the body's natural ability to heal from traumas and/or diseases.

Fitness Training

Allternative Gym offers fitness classes to children and adults with developmental disabilities and related conditions. This program is a perfect follow up to our Adeli suit therapy session.

Founder

Founder Angie Gomez has trained in both Poland and under one of the original Russian doctors who created the Adeli Suit. Angie has more than 15 years experience with special needs in which 8 of those have been in the Adeli Suit. Angie brings both personal and professional experience to Alternative Gym.
